Shipping Policy

Techempower delivers throughout the United States, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Customers must provide accurate address details. Changes cannot be made after processing.

Delivery times are calculated in business days.

Carriers are not authorized to open packages, change addresses, or deliver to minors.

At delivery, the product must be received by someone over 18 years old, who must sign and present a valid ID.

Up to 3 delivery attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, the product will be returned to the distribution center in Florida.

Techempower is not responsible for delays due to external factors such as weather, strikes, or accidents.

Return Policy

Refund Policy

Returns within 7 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund.
