This policy does not apply to purchases made through third-party companies or resellers, as such parties are not qualified as end consumers under applicable consumer protection law.

To request a return of any Techempower product purchased through our official website, you must contact our Customer Service Center and initiate the return procedure via WhatsApp: (656) 217-7643.
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase you have made.
If you need to exercise this right, please observe the following rules:
I – You have 7 (seven) calendar days, counted from the date of product receipt, to contact our Customer Service Center and communicate your decision to cancel the purchase. This right of withdrawal may only be exercised within this period. After this deadline, products may only be returned if they present a manufacturing defect or fault, except for products covered by our Satisfaction Guarantee.
II – The product must be returned in its original packaging, with no signs of use or modification, with the original manufacturer's seal intact, and accompanied by the respective invoice or proof of purchase.

The conditions above also apply to return requests based on manufacturing defects or faults. In such cases, however, return requests may be submitted to our Customer Service Center within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
In the event of a manufacturing defect or fault, you may also choose between receiving a replacement of a similar product or a full refund of the amount paid, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

If within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt you feel the product is not right for you, simply contact our Customer Service Center to request a full refund of the product price — excluding shipping costs — by following the steps below:

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of the original purchase.
Credit Card:
Techempower will submit a cancellation and chargeback request to the card issuer within 7 (seven) business days of return approval. A confirmation receipt will be sent to the customer by email upon request. The credit may take up to 60 (sixty) business days to appear on the customer's statement, depending on the card issuer's processing time.
Bank Transfer / ACH:
After validation of the return process, the refund will be issued within 10 (ten) business days. The customer must provide accurate bank account details when contacting our Customer Service Center. Incorrect banking information may delay the refund.
PIX / Instant Transfer:
The refund will be issued to the same account used for the original payment within 72 hours of return approval.
Techempower reserves the right to cancel orders and issue a full refund to the customer in cases of platform malfunction, pricing errors, or stock issues beyond our control.

Orders may be canceled within 7 (seven) days for a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, the customer must refuse delivery or contact us to arrange a return.
Once an order has been confirmed and processed, it is not possible to change the delivery address, add or replace products, or modify the payment method.
